From renovation of the old front double door to a new roof and attic windows, complete facade and design of new wooden windows, in conjunction with the historical building control department of the

Spa Town, this was a detailed and fairly large project. 

Complex with multiple areas, a huge expanse and in a difficult climate roofing projects are always challenging.

IF Contracted local specialists and artisans to recreate the glorious curves, architraves and colours of the original 19th Century building.
