Villa Rosa Residence
Villa Rosa Residence is now a beautifully restored 19th Villa near the Spa town of Teplice, Czech Republic. It was rescued from a very neglected state, between 2015 and 2017. It was renovated into individual luxury apartments and set up & managed by Ivana Frank, the Apart Hotel managed to obtain over 150 reviews at it's peak and a high score of between 9.6 and 9.9 during this 5 year period. Today it is a Private Residence once again with a lucky new owner . Have a look through the photo galleries below for some ideas of what was achieved.

Facade
With our great attention to detail, Ivana Frank recreated the design features; architraves and original artwork around windows, doors, and entrances which had been removed. Specialists were found and managed to recreate the stunning appearance, original magic and using the inspiration from original drawings the results where truly impressive.
Gardens, Driveway & Patios
The grounds were seperated into three distinct areas, the Northern Garden, Southern Garden and the driveway. With an outdoor area of approximately 1500 meters, this was more a design heavy project where we had to create semi-private terraces and patios for the guests to enjoy as well as functioning driveway for parking and access. A user friendly dog enclosure are was also created for up to 4 large sized dogs.
The Entrance & Corridor/Utility -Staff Area, Public Areas
A huge area in a very old fashioned state, last renovated possibly 50 years before. This Particular part of the Villa had some original challenges. New wiring, plastering, renovating old doors and windows, original steps, deep cleaning old tiles. Decorating with Antique pieces and mirrors suiting the space.
One Bedroom Ground Floor Apartments
This was a 80S renovated part of the Residence so this particular project was more an Interior project,as well as a challenge to bring it up to date, equipped with user friendly furniture and a few antiques to become a successful and integral part of an impressive short term rental project.
3 Bedroom Apartments.
A massive apartment at 148 sq meters, 3 bedrooms, huge living-room, Kitchen and even a huge bathroom. A corridor down the length of the apartment gave it a great layout. See what you think......

One Bedroom Apartment, with Terrace.
A complete renovation. Including adding new windows, doors, central heating, new boiler, new kitchen, and saving the original floorboards with a lot of work indeed! The Terrace and parts of the facade were also part of this project.
