'Not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty', Ivanna has been the driving force, determination and inspirational organiser of countless renovations, recreating magnificent Villas & ancient facades.

Blessed with a meticulous eye for detail and creative talents, she has designed everything from architraves,through effective electrical circuits to bespoke wooden windows for 18th Century mansions.

She is a talented fashionista and actively designs and participates in photo-shoots, product design for womens accessories and purchasing for her own fashion brand.

However during a typical day you can find her most at home behind her desk accounting, fulfilling all legal, tax and company obligations, as well as the odd 'finishing touch' purchasing work which puts the final ' je ne sais quoi' on her creative projects.

Speaking 4 languages fluently and working on her next legal qualification in UK & EU Business Law she can help perfect any project you have in mind regarding property renovation, design and especially look after day-to-day management.

If Ivanna doesn't do it then Frank does!! It works like that. Having honed his skills across a wide range of roles in different client facing industries he combines his business education from a top 10 UK Business school with 22 years in Marketing Adult Education, Recruitment, Training & Marketing in the Retail and Hospitality fields, much of it 5 star hotel environments. Adding to that quality experience in various countries in the areas of customer care training and management 100% guarantee that in Frank's hands households, systems, staff and just about everything can be improved and perfected and run very smoothly around the property and in the gardens. 10 out of 10 is his goal but 9.9 is definitely attainable.

Hobbies include a keen interest in Geography, the environment and having studied Landscaping and started working in renovation of old gardens in recent years he provides the 'outdoors' expertise which compliments Ivanna's indoor focus.

It’s a new modern style apartment with amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped nothing to add. Nice and cosy balcony with tables and chairs is perfect to chill out with a cup of coffee in the morning at sunrise and glass of wine in the evening. Private parking is important how travel by car. The house has the lift. We appreciate a lot the care and attention of the owner. We will be happy to come back
